• Full-resolution file (approx. 7000px at 300 DPI - 4000px for headshots or sketches, and some custom commissions) of final drawing and a smaller 72DPI version for internet upload. Final file formats are usually PNG. I can provide you with a PDF if you're planning on printing the artwork for yourself.

• If discussed beforehand, I can send you the artwork in format A4 for $25 or A3 for $35 (shipping included).

I don't send PSDs, source files as a part of the price. We can discuss this if you let me know beforehand. I do send process images as a part of the process!

1. GENERAL TERMS

• All artworks include my signature, which must not be removed.

• I can draw the commission live on stream or share elsewhere, if not agreed otherwise beforehand, e.g. the commission is a gift, etc.

• Prices could change depending on the special requests you have.
• I can create and sell prints of the artwork if not agreed otherwise beforehand - this might increase the price.
• Price will never change after I give you the initial calculation, the only exception is major changes along the way, in which case we discuss the options. 

• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

2. PAYMENT

• Payment is primarily via PayPal invoice, or via classic invoice if we agree on it beforehand.

• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. 

   ○ If the price of the commission doesn't exceed €90, you can only pay 100% upfront.

• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

Once you send me a commission request, I will get back to you and let you know if I accept the commission or not.
When I accept the commission:

1) We discuss references and I tell you the timeframe (usually within maximum of 2 months from ordering).
2) I will send you the payment info/invoice for either 50% of the price or the full price. 
3) After I get the payment, I will start working on your artwork and do my best to satisfy your wishes.

4. REVISIONS

Revisions are included in the price (see "WHAT YOU GET"), others may cost you extra. A fee will also be added if you want something changed on the final accepted drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

5. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

• I, Claina (the artist):

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork if not agreed otherwise before the start of the commission.

  • I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio and other places if not discussed otherwise before starting the commission.

• You (the customer/commissioner):

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
  • You may print the artwork for yourself as a physical print.
  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece if not agreed otherwise beforehand.
  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes if not discussed otherwise.

SKETCH COMMISSION

• The sketch I provide for you cannot be finished by another artist, this is in violation of my artistic identity.

• If you order a sketch which can be used for a final artwork in the future, you may get a discount on the illustration. Exceptions apply, as not every sketch can be used this way.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You can cancel your order at any point in time. You will get a charge for canceling in the process of me already painting the artwork. Read more below!
 

When do you have the rights for the  full  refund:
• Before I start painting the commission.
• If I misunderstood your request and/or no longer want or can finish the commission.

When do you have the rights for a partial refund:
• At any point! (exception: sketch commission, sketches cannot be refunded once I start)

How to cancel? Let me know you'd like to cancel the order via email, I will send you the work in progress and charge you for the part I already painted, you will get the rest of the money back!

Example: Portrait for €230. I already managed to do all the draft sketches, and you decide to cancel. Draft sketches usually take up to two hours, so I will charge you €20 and send you the drafts, and the commission is canceled!

DO NOT REQUEST PAYPAL CHARGEBACK, I WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT MYSELF!

• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point, I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with these terms, your acceptance of them and our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed the work for you, partially or fully. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

If the buyer violates any of the rights mentioned above, they will lose all the rights mentioned above to the artwork ordered from me, Claina (the artist), and I will have the full right to continue to earn from the commission as I wish. If you have a problem with any of these statements, please do not order a commission.
