Concept art or design from either written descriptions or with limited references. Characters, creature, prop design and more. You can ask for a design sheet, sketches, flat-color concepts, or fully rendered pieces. Revision after each step.
DRAWING ON PAPER
What I use:
• Copic/Ohuhu markers or Schmincke watercolors
• Polychromos oil based pencils, Prismacolor pencils
• Strathmore Bristol 300series, 270gsm
TRADITIONAL ART
Process is very similar to digital art, can take more time depending on the technique, and includes less revisions, since changes are very hard once it's in progress! Most revisions are in the sketching phase, which is done digitally first.
